Laman is a music producer, songwriter, and mix engineer with a passion to create global music. In the beginning he started singing background harmonies with friends in his local neighborhood at 15 years old, by the time he was 20 years old he was playing guitar and singing with a reggae band in Brooklyn, NY.

Throughout his years of working with different groups singing and playing guitar he put on shows in California with vocalist “Phillis Roundtree” to support Disabled Veterans and at local clubs in the Los Angeles area where he met and collaborated with a vocalist name “Rikki Ribbers”.

As a result of his focus and drive he graduated from Full Sail University’s Bachelors Degree Program in Music Production, while attending Full Sail Laman landed multiple song placements, he produced background Instrumentals for All on the line (Fashion Reality Show), Sundance channel, Beverly Hills Fabulous on VH1, Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best? In his effort to pursue his desire to produce music to encourage the world, he founded Tribal Affair Music Group where he creates music and works with local artists in the New York area. He is dedicated to using his knowledge & expertise to improve an endangered music industry, by working with young artists, producing background instrumental music for Cable TV Shows and instilling in them the importance of being skilled at their craft but also capable of giving and caring about the world we live in.
